Application programing interface (API)

An application programming interface (API) connects software platforms that otherwise couldn’t talk to each other.

The API makes the integration of various apps and programs easier, as well. It lets programmers use already existing applications to combine with their own, such as web browsers.

APIs allow any software to source relevant data from Piwik PRO Analytics Suite and send information to PPAS back again. For example: reporting dashboards, BI software, data warehouses and, Google Ads.
